Payment:  $1,000.00 deposit at confirmation. Balance due 60 days before check-in. (Holiday period final payment due 90 days prior to arrival).  We accept credit cards via PayPal adding a 4% credit card plus a $30 transaction fee each time credit card is processed.  I prefer check, if possible.

If renting for more than 28 nights one quarter of payment due at confirmation and balance due 90 days prior to arrival.

Cancel policy:  $500 cancel fee once funds on account until 61 days prior to arrival (90 days prior during holiday rate period).  No refunds if cancelled in the last 60 days (90 days holiday period) unless re-rented than $500 cancel fee.

Property is one of the few private vacation home rentals on Maui that has a legal grandfathered rental history. Just a short walk from shopping, Starbucks, a public library, tickets to all Maui attractions, SCUBA, whale watching, luaus and much more. Cove Park next door is the main training beach for beginning surf boarders.  Hawaiian beaches are the best in the world so come and experience a multitude of fine beaches.

This property was truly amazing in all categories!

Amazing - beautiful -great location to everything and anything your heart desires! I've already recommended to a client who said they were going to take a trip Maui. I will be back, a promise i made to myself. I already miss hearing the ocean morning noon and night. The accommodations they provided were tremendous, I'd give 1000 stars if I could because you could see them all at night. Truly amazing and came back home (San Diego) thoroughly relaxed and ready to start the new year! Thank you Linda, till we meet again.

For us it was a first time when we visited any Hawaiian Islands, a one in a lifetime occasion, up to now. We had a great time and we enjoyed our stay at the maximum, main attraction being the coziness of the home, the sunsets, the walks, the peace and quiet. Those are incredible moments in todays hectic life, stress and being always on the run.

We had a great week plus at Wailele in July 2015! A few highlights:
-We explored a ton and experienced some great beaches, hikes, and day trips
- Rosanne was great in staying until we arrived late the first night and giving us the highlights of the home.
-We have stayed in more than 20 different rental villas from St John, to the Abacos (Bahamas), to several of the British Virgin Islands and would put Wailele in the top 2 homes due to location, amenities, and the care of the home plus the price is spot on for what you get.
-The home was clean, well maintained, well stocked (probably the best we have ever seen), and the locals who live along the waterfront were very nice
-The parking situation with the gate and remote was excellent.
-Plenty of “real” beach towels which is a rarity
-The Foodland discount card saved a ton on groceries
-Excellent local restaurants just a short walk away
-A washer/dryer which allowed us to pack even lighter
We are already planning a return trip!

I’ve had the great pleasure of staying at Wailele three times, twice as the person who booked the property, and once as a guest of a friend who booked it. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else on Maui. The house boasts a superb location—- walking distance from tons of restaurants, bars, shops, grocery store, markets, beaches and attractions. However, it can be hard to leave this property! The inside of the house is well maintained, clean, well stocked with kitchen tools and toiletries, and very comfortable. We spent most of our time on the lanai, soaking in the sun, enjoying the sprawling lawn and garden and—- best of all—- swimming in the ocean that’s so close it feels like it’s part of the backyard. The only downside is having to leave this place! I look forward to many more years of visiting this great home.
