Wonderful ocean front home with a sandy beach and western exposure for fabulous sunsets. The kitchen was completely redone in 2011 with new bamboo cabinets, corian counters, tile floor, new stove/oven, full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. There is a King size bed in bedroom as well as a queen size Murphy bed in living room. Flat screen TV's in the living area and bedroom. Two baths. Home works well for parties up to 4 guests. My Waii is a non smoking home.

Payments: $200.00 deposit at confirmation. Balance due 60 days before check-in except for holiday period when final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. We accept credit cards adding a 4% fee.
Cancellation policy: $200 cancel fee once funds are on account until 61 days prior to arrival. If cancelled in the last 60 days there is no refund, unless re-rented than $200 cancel fee. During holiday season $200 cancel fee up to 91 days prior to arrival. No refund if cancelled in the last 90 days unless re-rented, than $200 cancel fee applies.

You can enjoy the large lawn area fronting a small sandy beach. Watch the Humpback whales between December and April. Surfing is a possibility in the cove next door. You will enjoy magnificent sunsets every night. Golf and tennis are close by along with fantastic restaurants and shops.
